Posie Willows is a sole trader business registered in the United Kingdom. We specialise in physical stationery products, including but not limited to notecards, journals, and paper goods.

2. Products & Descriptions

We take care to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors and the nature of printed materials, slight colour variations may occur. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any items at any time.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not mean the order has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, product availability, or pricing errors.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept:

  • PayPal

  • Shopify Pay

5. Shipping

  • We ship both within the UK and internationally using Royal Mail.

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the order and destination at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for customs delays or fees for international orders.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your stationery. If you're not happy, you may return items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Policy:

  • Returns are free—we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving your return.

Exclusions:
We currently do not offer final-sale or personalised products, so all items are eligible for return under this policy.

All content on our site—including images, logos, product designs, and text—is the intellectual property of Posie Willows and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
