Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your stationery from Posie Willows. If you're not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging

To start a return, please contact us at hello@posiewillows.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process and provide a prepaid return label.


Return Shipping

Return shipping is free. We'll cover the cost of the return postage via Royal Mail or another suitable method.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will:

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

  • Send a confirmation email once your refund is processed

Please allow up to 7 working days from receipt of your return for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at hello@posiewillows.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos if possible — we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

We currently do not sell personalised or final sale items, so all products are eligible for return under this policy.
