1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if available.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We ship orders using Royal Mail. Delivery times vary depending on location:

UK Shipping

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch

  • Tracked Delivery (optional at checkout): 1–2 business days after dispatch

International Shipping

  • Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, but can vary depending on your country's customs and postal services.

  • Some international orders may take longer due to customs processing times.

📦 Please note: During peak times (such as holidays or sales), delivery times may be slightly extended.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination. You’ll see all applicable shipping costs before completing your purchase.


4. Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders)

For orders outside the UK, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Posie Willows.


5. Delivery Issues & Delays

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the carrier or customs

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

6. Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


7. Order Tracking

Tracked shipping options are available at checkout. If you selected tracked shipping, your confirmation email will include a tracking number and link.
